Plan drawings and specifications (prepared in one week while in residence
at the facility in January of 2003) indicating revisions to existing
bathrooms, and layouts for new bathrooms adjoining the existing bedroom
suites--a very complex project involving close coordination with the
plumbing contractor. (For example, the construction of a new bathroom
in an existing closet measuring only three feet wide by nine feet
long, without disturbing the ornate plaster ceiling in the dining
room below.) This successful renovation was an example of an exteme
fast-track project. |
