This contemporary house, designed by Scott Lindenau of Studio B Architects, won an AIA award. The total floor area is approximately 3000 square feet. The construction cost was about $1.2 million.

As the project architect, I coordinated the structural framing with the architecture, devised the key architectural details (such as the trellis beam connections with no exposed bolts), established the critical main floor elevation as related to grade, and led the production of the construction drawings.
