customer support is available by phone at 805-646-0094 from
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday.
If you are unable to reach customer support during these hours,
please leave a message and we will do our best to call you the
next business day. Also, you may e-mail your support questions
to cablesoft@livewire-cablesoft.com.
We will respond as quickly as possible.
Technical
Support is available at no charge for LiveWire Internet
subscribers, and at no charge for the first 90 days after purchase
of a LiveWire software product. After 90 days, there is a $35
per call charge for technical support. Please have your credit
card ready and call 805-646-0094 from 9 a.m. to 4p.m. Pacific
Standard Time Monday through Friday. Before calling Customer
Support, we strongly encourage you to review the FAQs
section, which contains answers to many of the most commonly
encountered problems.
LiveWire
Problem Report Form
If
you are having a problem with LiveWire, or believe you have found
a bug in the software, please use the Problem
Report Form. This will save you a phone call and give us the
information we need to most quickly resolve the problem. We do
our best to respond to Problem Report Forms within 1-2 business
days, and will call you if necessary.
